| Unlike Baccarat and St Louis the Clichy firm did not survive and there has been no modern production, so all genuine Clichy weights are antiques. They had a unique glass formula with a high borax content which produces very transparent clear glass which is somehow instantly recognisable. It also produces very beautiful intense colours in the backgrounds and canes.
